As per requirement of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) data privacy law (Act 4 of 2013) Ambi links foundation has appointed a registered Information officer and is in compliance in Sections 55(1) and Sections 55(2) of POPI act,regulator registration number2026-002640.
